CITY OF MIAMI BEACH PUMP BUILDING CONVERSION TO OFFICES As part of an ongoing contract, LIVS Associates transformed an abandoned municipal water pump house into a vibrant, functional workplace complete with executive offices, conference rooms, and an employee lounge. The team also led the reconfiguration of the city’s maintenance fleet facilities, including comprehensive storm-drain design supporting more than 200 service vehicles.
