MIAMI DADE PUBLIC SCHOOL GULFSTREAM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ESE BUILDING) The scope of work encompassed the design and construction of a new 11,500 SF facility to accommodate the school’s Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Program, along with the replacement of the existing public address system. The new building includes six standard classrooms and ten resource rooms, each equipped with individual restrooms. It is connected to the main school building via covered walkways and features its own dedicated playground and basketball courts. Phase II of the project introduced a new bus drop-off area with covered walkways, providing capacity for 14 school buses, along with a new 60-space parking lot for staff and faculty.
