MIAMI DADE COUNTY PUBIC SCHOOL FEINBERG FISHER K-8 AUDITORIUM RESTORATION This project involved the complete restoration of a 1922 4,117 square foot auditorium, returning the space to its original grandeur while upgrading it to modern standards. The work included full replacement of the HVAC system, new historically appropriate windows, structural repairs, and installation of new fire alarm and security systems. The interior design focused on preserving the building’s character by restoring original finishes and refinishing the existing vintage seating. The scope also addressed life safety upgrades and ensured full ADA compliance.
